Picture what you want to see in your head and then write it down. I sometimes carry around a small notepad and a pen with me. I got some of my best ideas down using this method.
The worst thing you can do is force something out of yourself, so go at your own pace. I find that my most creative time is at night and when I'm in school and daydreaming.
Try writing just the diolouge first then fill in everything else.
What kind of script do you need to write? Is it an assignment or what?

work at your peak hours, ie. are you a morning person or an evening person?
write only ten or so pages a day, or else take a lot of breaks. especially when you get stuck and you dont know what to write next, stand up and walk around. you'll be surprised what ideas will come to you during your breaks.
write about what you know. take a lot out of your life experiences. keep things real, and keep your characters real.
good luck.

I'd suggest reading Syd Field's book Screenplay.

When you are inspired, write for as long as you are inspired. If you are fired up for a day, then write for a day. If you sit down and its a chore, don't write.
Of course, don't listen to me if you're working for a deadline.

Index cards are always a good idea. Write a few notes on each scene on an index card, some dialogue... what needs to happen. Helps you to see where the yu're going. A word of warning though, when you write there will be times when you feel you're a talentless wanna-be. Everyword feels forced and predictable. Fortunatley this passes. Syd fields book is good, simple and full of examples. Let your mind go...
good luck

Pick up a copy of "Steven King- on Writing" It's one of the best books on the craft i've ever read. Also, read as many screenplays you can get your hands on. For years it would cost you anywhere from $20 to $40 a pop to get a copy of "Taxi driver" or " A Clockwork Orange". Now, you can get them free!
